Tart Cherry Spritzer

This recipe makes 10 - 4 oz - 35 Calorie Servings with 1 g Protein

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups no-sugar-added tart cherry juice blend (any brand)
1 cup frozen pitted sweet cherries
½ cup lemon juice
¼ teaspoon ground ginger (or up to 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger)
3 cups sparkling water (preferably cherry flavored)

PREPARATION:
Puree cherry juice, frozen cherries, lemon juice and ginger in a blender until completely smooth. Transfer to large pitcher and add sparkling water and plenty of ice.
Pour 4 ounces and enjoy.
