Swiss Chicken
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Bowl #1: flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg
Bowl #2: 3 large eggs, beaten
Bowl #3: breadcrumbs and grated swiss cheese (I use Panko breadcrumbs, better coating)
Dredge each chicken breast in order given....fry over a medium heat in butter (no shortening, oil, or other substitutes)
Add butter as necessary.
