Pancakes
What You’ll Need:
2 cups (10 ounces) all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup plus
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1½ cups milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix and add to hot skillet. When bubbles burst flip and cook another minute. Serve with butter and syrup or canned pie filling and whipped cream.
