Chocolate Bottom Cupcakes - Jewish Beginnings
Recently I began working at Jewish Beginnings where I am aquiring recipes - this is one of them
Chocolate Bottom Cupcakes
Cheese Mixture:
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 6oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Blend first 4 ingredients, stir in chips – set aside
Cupcake Mixture:
1 ½ cup flour ¼ cup cocoa
1 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt 1 cup water
1/3 cup oil 1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend all above and fill cupcakes full. Drop one heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture into each and sprinkle tops with nuts and sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees- 30 or 35 minutes
Serves 18
