Garlic Brisket

2 1/2 lb. briskets
20-30 cloves of garlic
1 Vidalia onion, sliced
balsamic vinegar
springs of fresh rosemary and thyme
a little beef stock

 Brown brisket and place in slow cooker with the other ingredients. I think potatoes should go in this myself. Serve with mashed potatoes and rosemary rolls
