CHEESE N' CREAM LATKES
3/4 c flour
Pinch of baking powder
salt
Sugar to taste
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Preserves
Mash cheese and sour cream together.
Add beaten eggs, salt and sugar, then add flour and baking powder.
If batter is not loose enough, add more liquid.
Fry in butter or margarine. Serve hot with preserves.
