Quick and Easy Chicken and Ginger Noodle Soup

Ingredients
2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp fresh ginger root , grated
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1/2 cup uncooked egg noodles (thin)
1/2 g cooked chicken breast , shredded
2 scallions , minced, white part only
1/2 cup snow peas


Directions
1 In medium saucepan, add chicken broth, ginger, and garlic. Bring to boil.
2 Reduce heat to simmer. Add egg noodles, chicken, and scallions. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
3 Add the snow pea pods and cook 1 minute. Serve.
