Canasta Cheeseball
Here is the recipe I promised. I renamed it
Canasta Cheeseball!
2 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/4 C (Each) Onion and Green Pepper finely chopped
1 t. salt
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 C pecan bits
Combine pineapple and cr. cheese until mixture is softened. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
(I use a kitchen aid mixer) Form into ball and chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
