Chicken and Waffles

Long time readers may know I get out to LA now and again over the years because I have a sister there. We always go to a few places like Lawry's, In and Out, and Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. They have just the best chicken ever which you can tell with the place packed right, the prices are not cheap, next to a KFC and across from Church's Chicken,

So we always have Chicken and Wet Browns (which is boiled potatoes with a brown gravy.) It's just been in the past few years I tried the waffles there which are great. No I don't have them on the same plate but the alternate taste of the sweet waffles with butter and syrup and the salty chicken are oh so good.

When Lays came out with their chicken and waffle chips we tried those too. We agreed that chicken flavor chips and waffle flavor chips would have been better than the mixed flavor they created.
