15 Minute Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients
To bring this exquisite dish to life, you’ll need:
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2/3 cup beef broth
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
16 oz box of linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles
Green onion, optional for garnish

Instructions
Prepare the Noodles: Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Choose between linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles based on your preference or dietary needs. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Brown the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and no longer pink. Create the Sauce: To the same skillet, add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, ground ginger, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Combine and Simmer: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to ensure they are fully coated in the savory sauce. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until everything is heated through and the flavors have melded together.

Garnish and Serve: Optionally, sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for a pop of color and added flavor.
