BUTTERY GARLIC SHRIMP WONTON MELTS

Dinner in 10 minutes? These little cups save the night — crispy edges, creamy centers, and they vanish fast.

BUTTERY GARLIC SHRIMP WONTON MELTS

→ Crispy Cups

• 12 wonton wrappers

→ Shrimp Filling

• 250 g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

• 1 tbsp butter

• 1 garlic clove, minced

• Salt, to taste

• Black pepper, to taste

→ Creamy + Cheesy

• 4 tbsp half-and-half

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella (mixed in)

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella (on top)

• Paprika or chili flakes (optional)

→ Finish

• Fresh parsley, chopped

🍽️ How to Make It :

1️⃣ Press the wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and bake at 350°F until crisp.

They should look lightly golden and sturdy.

2️⃣ Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, then toss in the cooked shrimp with salt and black pepper.

Warm for 1–2 minutes, then chop the shrimp small.

3️⃣ Stir the chopped shrimp with half-and-half, 1 cup mozzarella (mixed in), and paprika or chili flakes if you like.

The filling should look creamy and scoopable.

4️⃣ Spoon the mixture into the cups and top each with 1 cup mozzarella (on top).

Bake just until bubbly and melty.

5️⃣ Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Crispy edges, creamy middle, and “just one more” energy.
